Quality
Our Quality Assurance Program consists of the following steps to ensure we achieve the highest standards of quality for our clients:
- Creation of a glossary for your in-house linguists’ or distributors’ review
- Translation by native-speaking, professionally-trained translators of the target languages, each of whom also specializes in your field or industry. Manage translators to facilitate that multilingual projects all work simultaneously
- Consultation with bilingual industry specialists, if needed, to clarify terminology
- Translation/Document Edit: Proofreading for spelling, punctuation and grammar
- Formatting to correspond to the design of the source files as closely as possible
- Multilingual desktop publishing (DTP) (if required)
- Final, post-layout proofing
